If your order exceeds these delivery timeframes (subject to the conditions below), you may contact us to request a refund.

Shipping Guarantee Conditions

Situations Not Covered

The Shipping Guarantee does not apply if delivery is delayed because of:

Some remote or restricted destinations may also be excluded from the Shipping Guarantee due to carrier limitations.
